Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions & trials
Individual usage is free. Manager and Corporate plans include a 15-day free trial. After the trial ends, continued use of those portals requires a paid subscription.
Service availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Mark Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
